Maui Beach Fun

Just after Christmas my entire family  headed to Maui for 10 days.  The weather was fabulous and we had a great trip.  So nice to get all of us together away from normal life so we could just hang out and have fun.  We had so much fun I'm having a hard time picking just a few photos, so pardon the picture overload.
We generally sat at the beach from 9:30 or so til 2 ish.  The kids were all so good at the becach that it made it easy.  All children enjoyed being burried in the sand.  This time Evan was a fish.

 Mermaid Gracie
Bryce dug a great pit for the kids one day, complete with slide and bridge.  All of the kids played in it for hours, and it was still there the next day.
This was also a great celebrity spotting beach.  My dad ran into a guy who was basically a paparazzi, and he told us who to look for.  We managed to spot Adam Sandler, Max Greenfield, Tiki Barber ran past my parents, and we heard Robin Williams was just down the beach but no luck spotting him.  It kept things very entertaining while we sat in the sun.  I got lots of exercise wandering the beach trying to spot people.

 Another day, another Mermaid Grace.
Kyle loves just being in the sand, not in the water as much as the others, but he could dig/draw in the sand all day.

Graham and Claire's turns to be sand people.
Then Mermaid Paige

Kyle had on day where he napped for about two hours in the tents, and then just wanted to take pictures

Kyle took these pictures.  Not bad for his first try.

Another castle, and one of our two tents on the beach.  We had quite the set up with two tents and 5 beach chairs.
Graham and Kyle.  Graham and Evan spent so much time boogie boarding.  They got good at catching waves, and even when they would get tossed by one they got right back up and went again.

Getting a little help from Dad catching some waves.
 Granpda and trusty assistants.

These three got along great, which I thought was great given they are 4, 3, and 2.  An occassional argument, but overall they were buddies which was so fun.  Finally old enough to all play together like the boys do (besides baby Deacon).
