Sometime in December, or maybe even November, Grace decided she preferred sleeping in our bed to sleeping in her crib. After a few solid weeks of this Brandon and I finally reached our breaking point and decided that at 16.5 months old, she was moving out of the crib.
She was very excited to help take it down, but as we moved out the crib and her dressers she became a bit concerned.

In the end, we have this.... She seems so tiny in it, especially since it is a full, but it leaves room for us to come lay down with her when she wakes up in the night. She likes a cup of milk in the night and company while she drinks it. We're working on that. More pictures to come when we finish decorating her big girl room.
In other news, while she was in sleeping the boys got to stay up late and play in the snow with Daddy. Lucky we did it because the snow only stuck around about 12 hours.

Wow! I can't imagine having a baby out of the crib before she's even in nursery! That must have been a tough decision. Does she stay in bed? How is nap time? Her bedding is adorable.
She stays in bed aside from the one time she gets up to ask for milk. We wait to lay her down til she is asleep though, same with nap time. We have always been suckers that way. We will tackle trying to go to bed by herself soon (she pukes if you let her cry).
I can't believe she is in that huge bed...she does look so little. I hope you're getting better shut eye now that she is out. Graham kept getting into our bed when we were at my moms because he was in our same room and it was horrible! He is a mover and wants to be touching all the time! She's a sweetie pie! Can't wait to see the finishing girly touches!
I love her bedding! I couldn't see any of the detail when you sent me that picture, but it is so cute! She looks like a true princess in her giant bed. And the boys rooms look cute, too. You are so crafty with the wall decor and the bulletin board
