Kyle got to go on his birthday outing with Grandma and Pimpa tonight. I told him yesterday he was going to go on an outing and had him guess what fun place he could be going. His guess...Cabelas. Luckily he wasn't disappointed when they arrived at Build-A-Bear instead.
He was so excited when he came home and got to show us his new "best friend." He brought him in inside the box with a blanket over us so we could be surprised. This is Kyle and his dog, Fuzzy.
This is Fuzzy in his Batman costume, and Sammy in his Spiderman costume (Sammy is from Evan's Grandma and Pimpa outing when he turned 5). The boys had a fabulous time tonight with their superheros. I think Evan was as excited about the outing as Kyle and he had a great time guessing what Kyle would come home with. After Build-A-Bear he got to go to McDonalds for a Happy Meal, but he was too excited and didn't eat much. Oh well. He had a fantastic time.

Yay for birthday outtings with the g-parents!! :) Wish we were there to celebrate. I just got our card in the mail yesterday so it will be last most likely--Memorial Day won't help either!! I want a 3-day weekend for MY birthday!! Miss you!
Happy birthday and what fun parents you have. How do we get ahold of you? We wanted to have an open house/say goodbye shindig with light refreshments. Tyler's thinking this Sunday. Can you call me? Thanks.
