Okay, I'm a week late, but Kyle is officially 10 months old. So, here is what he has been up to.
He finally learned to hold his own bottle. Yes, it took 10 months to figure it out. This was last week, and only the second time he had ever done it (the first was the night before about 1 in the morning).

He has 5 teeth now. He cut two just in the last week, and there are more getting close. Luckily he is tolerating it better now.
He is huge. Our figures put him about 24.5 pounds, and somewhere around 30 inches. Not giant, but pretty good size. He just grew into 24 month clothes. They are a little big, but the 18 month were getting to short, and snug.
We discovered he had his second ear infection last Sunday and then this Sunday discovered he is allergic to Amoxicillin. The spots showed up in the middle of the night, and got progressively worse throughout the day until we got him some medicine. Hopefully he will start looking better soon. Thank goodness for on-call doctors both weekends who diagnosed him over the phone and didn't make us spend the day in the emergency room.

Poor baby. I'm so glad with all of Gavin's ear infections, he was able to take the medicine.
By the way, right now Gavin is only 21 pounds. No idea how long he is, but maybe we can borrow clothes from Kyle? JK.
